Vinaigrette Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 200 ml of good olive oil
  • 200 ml of rape seed or vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 pinches of ground black pepper
  • half a teaspoon white sugar
  • 100 ml white wine vinegar

    • Method

    Whisk together all the ingredients and then pour into a bottle for storing.

    Shake well to re-emulsify before using.
